With the Olivine City Gym temporarily out of commission, our heroes are off to the Whirl Cup Competition—and Misty wants in on the action! Resuming their journey, they find that Jessie, James, and Meowth aren’t the only members of Team Rocket they need to worry about, though that dastardly trio still has a few tricks up their collective sleeve. POKÉMON MASTER QUEST, the fifth and final season of the original Pokémon anime series, follows Ash Ketchum and his friends during their final adventures. The Olivine City Gym is closed, so Ash, Brock, and Misty, along with their Pokémon partners, travel through the Johto region of the Pokémon world to compete in a new challenge. While they continue to work hard on their training, Team Rocket keeps trying to sabotage them every step of the way. Making things more complicated is the fact that Ash will have to face Gary, his old rival, to win the Silver Conference.
