The saga depicts the revival of Frieza by his subordinates and his training to defeat Goku. Frieza comes to Earth to seek vengeance against Goku and eventually battles Goku and Vegeta in his newly acquired Golden form while the Saiyans battle Frieza in their newly acquired Super Saiyan Blue forms.
This saga is based around the events depicted in the movie Resurrection ‘F’. It deals with Goku and Vegeta’s battle against Golden Frieza, following Frieza’s revival and his eventual return to Earth to exact his revenge against the Saiyans that killed him, after training for several months in preparation.
